Property listers agree to: • Provide accurate and complete property information • Ensure all property details are truthful and up-to-date • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Grant PropertyMilan the right to verify property information • Accept responsibility for the accuracy of listings • Not list properties they do not own or have authority to list

PropertyMilan requires verification of: • Property ownership or listing authority • User identity through KYC processes • Property details and documentation We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove listings that do not meet our verification standards.

PropertyMilan may charge fees for certain services. All fees are clearly disclosed before you commit to a service. You agree to: • Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner • Provide accurate payment information • Accept that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated • Understand that prices may change with notice

All content on PropertyMilan, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PropertyMilan or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

PropertyMilan provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of property listings • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The quality, safety, or legality of properties listed • The ability of users to complete transactions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyMilan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold PropertyMilan harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
